Koyda Ltd designs, fabricates and installs architectural metalwork and structural steel for main contractors on residential and commercial schemes across London, Surrey and the South East. From our base in Lingfield, Surrey, we deliver glass and metal balustrades, aluminium, inset and Juliet balconies, feature and spiral staircases, handrails, rooftop plant screens, and structural and secondary steelwork.

We take each package from design through to installation. Our team models every element in SolidWorks, coordinates it with the wider design team and produces the drawings and design information contractors need for Gateway 2 approval on higher-risk buildings under the Building Safety Act. This reduces clashes and RFIs, and the metalwork fits on site.

Our directors, Joe Cromwell and Martin Sweeney, bring more than 50 years of combined experience. Our recent work includes stacking Juliet balconies at Abbey Place, Woolwich, feature stairs at Woolwich Civic Centre, staircases at Imperial College London and stainless steel handrails at Canary Wharf.
