Koyda Ltd Directors update & outlook moving forward into 2026

As we reflect on the past year, we are pleased to share with you the steady progress and achievements of our company. 2025 was a solid and transitional period for us, marked by strategic pivots into aluminium balconies and balustrades, alongside significant investments in new equipment—including upgraded transport capabilities—to enhance our efficiency and service delivery. These moves have strengthened our position in the market and reinforced the trust our clients continue to place in our expertise and quality.

This year brings an exciting milestone: our relocation to a larger, more practical premises in Lingfield, Surrey, after more than 20 years at our previous site. This new space is far better suited to our evolving operations, allowing for improved workflow, greater capacity, and enhanced capabilities to meet growing demand.

We have also continued our commitment to innovation and regulatory excellence by making further investments in design technologies and processes. A key pivot has been our response to the Gateway 2 requirements under the Building Safety Act, which demand rigorous pre-construction compliance demonstrations for higher-risk buildings—particularly in areas like fire safety, structural integrity, and material specifications for elements such as balconies and balustrades. By maximising our design capabilities in line with these standards, we are ensuring our solutions are fully compliant, optimised, and future-proofed from the outset.

Looking ahead, we have secured several large, multi-year projects set to ramp up in mid-2026, complemented by ongoing contracts and a healthy pipeline of smaller work. Combined with the benefits of our new premises and the investments made in 2025, we anticipate a strong and productive year. While it will remain transitional as we fully settle into the new facility and embed our recent enhancements, we are confident that these steps position us for sustained growth and continued success in delivering high-quality architectural metalwork.
