What we collect
- What you send us by form, email or phone: name, company, contact details, project details and drawings
- CVs and covering letters sent for jobs
- Anonymous usage statistics, and Google Analytics data only if you accept analytics cookies
Why we use it
To reply to enquiries, prepare quotes and deliver projects (contract or legitimate interests), to consider job applications, and, with your consent, to understand how the site is used.
How long we keep it
Retention periods, e.g. enquiries 2 years, project records as required by contract and law
Who we share it with
Our website host (Cloudflare) and email provider process data for us. With your consent, Google processes analytics data. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies
- Essential: your cookie choice is stored in your browser (local storage).
- Analytics (optional): Google Analytics 4 cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are set only after you click Accept. Advertising features are not used.
- Spam protection: the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks the request is from a person without tracking cookies for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing joe@koyda.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
